Flick Friday

We have arranged this week's tasty selection of videos in order of 'most metal' to 'least metal'. As such, we didn't really have much of a choice for the first clip. It's 3 Inches of Blood with their just-premiered video for "Trial of Champions" off 2007's Fire Up the Blades. Ball-grabbingly good.

Baroness played a show at hole-in-the-wall Don Pedro's in Brooklyn last fall. Metal Injection was there to film it. They just got the footage online last week. What the hell took so long guys?

Baroness - "Rays on Pinion" (10/1/07):

Thanks to Deciblog for hipping us to Vancouver's Black Betty. We don't know how the fuck this band and their 2007 self-titled release slipped under our radar, but we're pretty pissed about it. They're the friggen Bizzaro White Stripes!

Black Betty - "Evil Once Again":

The best part about this video of Mastodon "behind the scenes" at Brooklyn Masonic Temple is the t-shirt commercial at the end. Oh, and the whole part about baby suede.

Mastodon - Behind the Scenes at Brooklyn Masonic Temple:

"I found the simple life, it's so simple, oh god! Oh god I'm runnin' ohhhhh yeah!"

David Lee Roth - American Idol:
