Crusty Clip of the Week: In Flames - "Behind Space"

Crusty Clip of the Week

Every Wednesday, your hosts each post a suitably stale video clip that we think needs to be revisited. Click here for more Crusty Clips.

I recently reviewed In Flames' latest LP, A Sense of Purpose, over at Metal Injection. The general 'meh' sentiment of my review was apparently quite offensive to some hardcore In Flamers, leading to many angry comments. One kid even went so far as to post this bit of Lambgoat-inspired mouth diarrhea under the clever nickname "crustcake":

dude i am such a fuckin fag for writting this review fuck this shitty band and this fucking album can suck my COCK
As, er... amusing as that is, the fact that the next guy bought it blows my mind.

Anyway, In Flames has certainly contributed their fair share to the metal canon. Namely, they were instrumental in creating the Gothenburg sound, which has been copied flagrantly by, uh, basically every mainstream heavy metal band since, including themselves.

Here's a clip of In Flames, led by a pre-dread Anders Fridén, ripping "Behind Space" off their landmark 1999 album Colony. If anyone knows when or where this clip was recorded, please share.
