(My apologies in advance for the tardiness and laziness of this post)
A few good shows going down this week. Head over to Luna Lounge tonight (better leave now) for my much-loved Junius along with labelmates Constants who are also awesome (think ISIS meets Cave In, but more raw) and Caspian, who want to be Explosions in the Sky real bad. Also tonight, you can catch weirdo-synth-punks (or whatever) at Death By Audio (expect some homoerotic microphone manhandling, among other things).
Friday and/or Saturday, check out Toronto's Nadja, a duo that creates beautifully apocalyptic music at the crossroads of shoegaze, post-rock, and funeral doom.
What else is going on in the Big Apple this week?
